The ICLD strives to follow up on its results and to communicate them in the best way possible. This report aims to convey findings from two partnerships followed up through the Internal Quality Assessment (IQA) in 2017, in the Municipal Partnership Programme at the Swedish International Centre for Local Democracy (ICLD).
The follow-up included site visits in two different partnerships:
– Gävle municipality, Sweden and Buffalo City, South Africa
– Växjö municipality, Sweden and JB Marks Local Municipality, South Africa
