ICLD Integrity Policy

ICLD has a privacy policy due to the entry of GDPR on May 25, 2018.

1. Introduction and purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that ICLD processes personal data in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR. The policy applies to all processing activities involving personal data.

2. Collecting information
We collect information from you when you enter into an agreement with us, register to receive newsletters, or take part in our training courses or other operations within the framework of ICLD. The information collected includes your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, and in some cases, work-related information such as details of your employer and your position within the organisation, along with any other information required by our operations.

ICLD takes appropriate technical and organisational safety measures to ensure that your information is protected from access by unauthorised parties. Only a limited number of our employees have access to your information and their processing of this information is strictly controlled.

3. Using the information
The information we collect from you can be used to:
– send you our newsletters;
– contact you via email;
– enable us to communicate with you about our operations;
– enable us to provide the authorities with source data for accounting reasons or in accordance with other legislative provisions or agreements.

4. Security
Your personal, identifiable information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or disclosed to any other company or organisation without your consent.

5. Disclosure of information to third parties
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer personal, identifiable information to external parties. This does not include trusted third parties who help us run our website or our organisation, but the information is disclosed to these parties on condition that they agree to keep it confidential. 

6. Deleting information from our customer database
We use the email address you give us to send you information and newsletters. Please contact us if you no longer wish to receive such communications. Your details will then be deleted from our customer database.

If you have entered into an agreement with ICLD, we are required to save the information that comprises source data for financial transactions. This information is retained for legal reasons and consequently may not be deleted.
