Mr. Wilfred (Wilf) K. Mwamba

  • Principal Consultant at The Policy Practice (UK-based organisation).
  • Served for 22 years as a Senior Governance Adviser with the British Government’s former Department for International Development (DFID), now the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), working across West, East and Southern Africa.
  • Served as Country Manager (Chief of Party) for the USAID Local Impact Governance Project for four years, supporting decentralisation reforms in Zambia.
  • Has supported several international development organisations, including Diakonia (Sweden), to develop systems and tools that advance citizen engagement, accountability and responsive service delivery by the Government of the Republic of Zambia.
