Involve and educate the whole municipality/district in climate issues
The project which is a partnership between Forshaga Municipal and Lundazi Municipal Council is aimed at sharing of experiences in dealing with Climate Change issues. The project will bring forth exchange of ideas and strategies that will strengthen linkages with local businesses, organizations as well as communities in sharing information on climate change challenges which each local municipality is facing. The project is aimed at formulating policies and strategies to address and mitigate problems brought about by climate change.
Such a collaboration will achieve many beneficial outcomes for adaptation in areas such as stakeholder participation in dealing with issues of climate change therefore making it more sustainable.
