Drawing on Kiambu County’s experience, it demonstrates how leadership commitment to equity, participation, transparency, and accountability can drive organizational change and produce tangible results for citizens. The toolbox offers practical approaches to youth inclusion, climate resilience and urban planning that municipal leaders can adopt to build trust, improve decision-making, and deliver inclusive, sustainable development.
