Om kommunala partnerskap
Grunden i ICLD:s verksamhet utgörs av internationella samarbeten, så kallade kommunala partnerskap. De kommunala partnerskapen samarbetar inom ömse- sidiga, resultatdrivna projekt med liknande utmaningar.
