Junior and senior researchers with a strong interest in and knowledge of the field of local democracy and democratic decentralisation are invited to apply!
In this application, you will be required to choose a thematic group that best suits your research interests and expertise, and submit:
- An abstract (250 words) of a paper you would like to present and discuss during the conference;
- A full paper (published after 2020 or in draft) that illustrates the quality of your research in relation to the theme of the conference;
- A CV, and;
- A brief statement on why you would like to be part of Local Democracy Academy 2024.
If selected, participation and meals are free of charge. ICLD has a limited number of scholarships to cover the cost of accommodation and travel to/from Lund, and we do our best to cover as many participants as we can.
