The overall objective – the long-term vision – of the new Human Resources (HR) project is to promote the two cooperating municipalities to become highly attractive employers for new and existing personnel.
The overall objective includes the establishment of efficient and professionalized good leadership practices, facilitating a creative atmosphere with motivated employees having the will and opportunity to raise competence and take on greater responsibilities.
The project objective – formulated for the two-year period – is to identify, exchange, test and evaluate municipal best practices tied to practical HR leadership work and strategies. Through the project the HR Offices will strengthen their skills and be ready to take first steps to implement new working methods relating to

- equity and diversity management.
