The City of Växjö, Sweden, and the An Giang Province, Vietnam, is having a cooperation about sharing knowledge, competence and experience related to environmental issues and sustainable development. This two-year project, called Capacity Building, is targeting the areas of public ownership, transparency, climate and environment, waste and financing of projects.
