How to Report

Project funds, which are paid out in advance by the Swedish partner, are reimbursed by ICLD once the partial or final project reports have been submitted. The reporting deadlines can be found in the agreement you signed with ICLD once your project was approved.

The reports must include financial accounts, which shall also be emailed in the form of an Excel attachment to The budget items must comply with those in the approved budget.

Update 2019-06-24: 

Since July 2018, it has been possible to report digitally on My Pages. We have now developed the system and are now phasing out the analogue reporting method. From October 15, only digital reports will be processed. You choose type of project and accounting year in My Pages. The accounting year indicates which of the year you wish to report – that is, the first, second or third year.
