How to Report

Project funds, which are paid out in advance by the Swedish partner, are reimbursed by ICLD once the partial or final project reports have been submitted. The reporting deadlines can be found in the agreement you signed with ICLD once your project was approved.

Please click on the links below for the information you need to ensure you report correctly according to the type of project you have.

The reports must include financial accounts, which shall also be emailed in the form of an Excel attachment to partnership@icld.se. The budget items must comply with those in the approved budget.

Update 2018-07-13: You can now choose to report by filling out the forms below or  fully digitally using the new My pages section. You use the same log-in credentials as for the earlier online application portal. Please contact the MPP-team to activate your reporting-functionality in My pages via email to partnership@icld.se
