We have sent you this mail because we have previously had some form of contact with you in connection with our operations, programmes or training courses.

ICLD mainly processes and stores personal data for the following reasons:

– sending out newsletters and information about our operations, course 

– announcements, application rounds, upcoming seminars and network meetings;

– administration in connection with seminars, network meetings and other events;

– administration in connection with municipal partnerships, training courses, and research funding.

The data we store and process consists mainly of basic information about you, such as your name and contact details and, where relevant, work-related information, such as details of your employer and your position within the organisation. This data comprises information provided directly by you during previous contacts in relation to any of our ongoing operations.
